Welcome to the 2023-2024 School Year! During this back-to-school season, the Operations Team at Pearson Virtual Schools is focused on ensuring therapists and vendor contacts get the information that they need as efficiently as possible.   One improvement is the introduction of the Knowledge Base which provides a central location to search for information related to the online classroom.  This replaces the user guides that were shared during prior school years.  Another improvement is the introduction of the related services chat bot which includes an option to create and submit a ticket at the end of a query.
